Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens — and also honor the energetic, logistical, and spiritual preparation required for each offering. The following cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to all services booked through ONYI LOVE LLC.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made 24–47 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund and/or the option to reschedule your session.

• Same-day cancellations with no prior communication are non-refundable, but you may reschedule for the same or a different service within 30 days, subject to availability.

If the newly selected service costs more than your original booking, you will be responsible for the price difference. If it costs less, no refund will be issued for the difference.

Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm your booking. This deposit secures your session time and is applied toward the full service total. The remainder is typically due before the start of your session unless otherwise agreed.
