Gratitude & Acknowledgments

I am grateful to Existence… The All That Is… Olodumare… Life…

I am grateful to my ori for continuously making the choice to be here. I get to show up and fulfill the destiny that it chose.

I am grateful to my Ancestors—individual, collective, human, and non-human. Everything that came before me and cleared a way for me.

I am grateful for family, friends, community members, colleagues, and contemporaries. I am because of you. Your love, support, and reflections—in all the ways they arrive—help me curate and cultivate every version of myself that is birthed in each moment.

I am grateful for my teachers, elders, mentors, and guides. May I ground deeper into humility and the recognition that I am merely scratching the air above the surface of all the wisdom that surrounds us.

I am grateful for Lela Woodward (The Brand Lela, Inc.) for her project management, brand consultation, and multi-faceted guidance throughout my process of reimagining and refining my brand. Her expertise, care, and genuine desire to support practitioners and business owners like me has been a tremendous blessing.

I am deeply grateful to Vanessa Marquez (Studio 6 de Oro | Jaguar Haus), the designer of this website. Her intuition, skill, generosity, and willingness to surrender to Spirit—both generally and through her design work—are inspiring. I asked for a site that could hold beauty and multidimensionality, a virtual expression of the metamorphosis I was undergoing. I was different, and so it needed to be. And Vanessa delivered—wholeheartedly.

Since our collaboration, I’ve continued to evolve the site myself—updating, managing, and sometimes even innovating within the original design. I still work with Vanessa’s templates, while also integrating elements that emerge from my own spirit and artistic eye. This site is both a collaborative foundation and a living, breathing canvas.

I am grateful to all the visual artists whose still and motion images of me contribute to the beauty of this space: Acid Smile Studios, Bobby Gordon, Cayetano González, Donna K. Williams (rest in peace), Farah Sosa, Jan Schoof, Jigme Tenzin Salto, John Simmons, Katya Quinonez, Matt Polizzi, Yolanda Richards-Albert, and William Greenblatt.
