  1. Call upon and offer gratitude to yourself and to all beings—seen and unseen—who can support you in this experience.

  2. In a clear and peaceful space (outdoors in nature, if possible), ask yourself out loud: What do I need to see, feel, or do in order to heal what is—or seems to be—[re]cycling back in my life?

  3. Inhale slowly, and exhale slowly—three times.

  4. After listening to the audio, meditate with one (or more) of the images below for at least 90 seconds and no more than 9 minutes. Let the imagery speak to you.

  5. Inhale slowly, and exhale slowly—three times.

  6. Gently tap your head 9 times, your heart 9 times, and your stomach/core 9 times.

  7. Inhale slowly, and exhale slowly—three times.

  8. Journal or record what comes up for you.

  9. Give gratitude to yourself and to all beings—seen and unseen—who supported you through this experience.
