The Mels is an independent series from creator Kharmony Fortune, based on her upcoming fantasy novel "THE MELS & THE WOMXN OF EDITH."

Produced by Unlimited Possibilities Studios in Los Angeles, CA, the project introduces DèLon Shaw as Melissa Muhammad, Keturah Gregg as Melody Carter, Anisa Washington as Melanie Johnson with Special Guest Star, Novi Brown (BET, Sistas) as Dean Mother.

The Mels is a coming of age fantasy- dramedy following the self-discovery journeys of three divergent girls who expected a normal first day at a performing arts conservatory, but find themselves lured away to an underground Narnia of sisterhood.
