Presentation of A Tale of 900 Crow Feathers (by ONYI LOVE) -A journey through storytelling, song and group discussion-all within a ritualistic and ceremonial framework-to gain a new level of understanding about the importance and power of ritual, mindfulness, and intentional practices. In times when uncertainty is the only constant and chaotic energy is moving in the ways that are necessary though they may be challenging, individual and group ritual is a useful tool to gain clarity, develop awareness, bring the spiritual and practical realms together, and trigger transformation in unexpected ways. (All spiritual practices and religious backgrounds welcome).
Afternoon Session: A Moment of Healing for Los Medanos Students & Faculty - A time to sit and experience peace, ease, grounding and rest through breathwork, meditation, sound, and touch. (All spiritual practices and religious backgrounds welcome).
