Happy Spring!Ekaabo (welcome) to a new season on this beautiful, abundant, unconditionally loving planet that we get to call our home. About a week ago, I started listening to a transmission called Manifesting Dreams in the 21st Century by Bashar (channeled by Darryl Anka), that helped illuminate some tremendous breakthrough. Mind you, I am no stranger to the power of their messages: I have been following their teachings for a few years now; am part of the volunteer team; and even had the opportunity to conduct an opening ceremony for their highly anticipated first live event since the pandemic this past September (enjoy my offering here). I often listen to the same lessons repeatedly given my understanding that when repetition is engaged mindfully, opportunities for transformative triggers increase exponentially. It is all ritual. In considering the impact of this particular channeling—during which Bashar wasn’t saying anything I had not heard him say before—I realized that in truth, the difference was me. The version of myself really hearing ALL of it [multi-dimensionally] was new. This me was more firmly rooted in the knowledge that I get to change, and that I can do so almost, if not actually, instantaneously. In fact, I had already changed. The manner in and speed at which I processed and immediately put into action the information being presented to me from this 2002 recording was my evidence. It…I…was in right timing. As an offering for this season, I have laid out the powerful ritual that came to me inspired by Bashar’s transmission. Before conducting it (or if you don’t imagine yourself to be a ritual person), here are some questions to marinate on now and throughout the remainder of this season in order to bloom in the direction of your preference.

What are you releasing, alchemizing, integrating, embracing and sprouting in order to allow for the new true you to spring forth? In what ways have you already changed in light of all of the healing work, play, practice that you’ve done up to now?
Ask and answer these questions aloud with just yourself, within your journal, with your ancestors/spirit guides, with a confidant… Allow whatever comes up to be. There is much work we get to do individually and collectively around allowance—of who we are and what is—as an anchor for us to more easily take proper decisive action to create and hold space for the world we prefer. May this Spring be whatever it is that you need. May you be whatever it is that Spring needs. It is a co-creating, co-experiencing, co-being. Everyone and everything is in all of it together. We are the abundance we’ve been seeking. Love, Onyi

SPRING Ritual for Alchemizing BeliefsWhat You’ll Need The desire, willingness and courage to be honest about, courageous around, and strategic with your negative beliefs—or any belief, for that matter, that is no longer relevant for you regardless of its energetic frequency. A minimum of 2 sheets of paper and a writing instrument. For this work I highly recommend hand writing on physical paper versus typing into an electronic device. A bowl of water that can placed under or next to your bed without disturbance.
Step 1 At the top of both sheets of paper write: #1: All beliefs are valid and have equal weight…

A Transformative Practice & ExperienceThis Winter I was blessed with the opportunity to delve into my writing within the container Write Your Story, a community class taught and held by the wonderful Dr. Amy Shimshon-Santo, artist, teacher, culture maker. On a conscious and perhaps superficial level, I went in with the idea that I would upgrade up my ability in general, and specifically as preparation for a likely return to school. What I (my mind) didn’t see coming were the moments of deep (and necessary) cathartic release; exploration of new layers of shadow work; reimagining of my self, care, and play; and reconsideration around aspects of my professional career. My spirit guided me here and to her.

Amy is a force to be reckoned with. She seamlessly floats, flutters, and flies within and around spheres of artistry as both a necessary expression of her soul, and as an ignition and space-holding for the authentic and sacred creative expression of those fortunate to be in any form of relationship with her. Whether during live meetings or within feedback given on assignments submitted virtually, Amy’s generosity and support included, though was not limited to, deep curiosity, though-provoking inquiry, authentic affirmation and nourishing encouragement. The individuals within my cohort were such beautiful reflection points as well. At times we were fellow students; at others we were soft yet solid landing pads supporting each others’ moments of breakthrough. I personally moved through discomfort, self-doubt, imposter syndrome (and more) and arrived at a place of knowing that I get to write my story in a voice authentic and specific to me. Such sacred medicine! It was beautiful to witness and be witnessed by Amy…by everyone…as we [were] collectively companioned [by] the written word. ~If you are in need of a shift… ~If writing has been (or is now showing up as) a permission slip… ~If you are scared write… ~If you are willing to surrender to the process of exploration and practice of vulnerability for yourself and within community… I highly recommend you allow Amy to be your guide and her program to be your playground. Opportunities for More Ritual WorkIf it wasn’t obvious already, I am a ritualist =). I love being in ritual space. And also, doing ritual work outside of designated or conventional spaces comes quite easy to me. Life on this Earth, from my perspective, is a ritual (and ceremony) within a larger ritual our infinite selves continue to spiral through and as. I believe that the more we treat it as such, the more we open ourselves up to the magic all around and within us. We are truly such wonderful beings traveling the spectacular road of existence. Within my work “A Tale of 900 Crow Feathers - The Transformative Power of Sacred Ritual,” I define ritual as: Engaging in any set of actions with mindfulness for the purpose of creating a framework, a structure that holds space for illumination to occur. For light, insight, information to ground itself. To be reflected and thus create reflections that remind me of who I am. Reflections that remind my consciousness of what it knows…

Since January of this year, I have been posting weekly practices as part of the FORÍBALẸ̀ Global Ritual. I give specific exercises (that I channel) to do alongside experiencing the sonic vibration of the album FORÍBALẸ̀ to demonstrate simple pathways towards transforming a spectrum of challenges. The shifts we make individually to become more of who we are and return to a place of reverence will support and cause the collective shift in the same direction. Take a look. Share. Use it as inspiration to come up with your own practices using your favorite sounds. May we spring into the remembrance that we are surrounded by an infinite number of opportunities and triggers for us to heal ourselves. May we open our eyes to see it, hearts to receive it, and minds to believe it.
