Summer Newsletter + July Updates 2024

Hello Beautiful!

How are you? How is your heart…your mind…your body…your spirit? I pray you are using the reflection of summer to step more boldly into the light and alignment; to consider and integrate your shadow in a new way; and to receive and share the warmth that can truly soothe all parts of you and those around you.

I began crafting this newsletter from a village in the middle of Germany just before the solstice! Who knew this is where I’d be ringing in the summer? Not my mind, that’s for sure. But there I was. I know my ori saw it all coming. That land was one of a few within my recent journey in Europe—an adventure inspired and initiated by a call to return to Barcelona, Spain. I departed the US on May 14 not knowing what was in store for me, nor how I was even going to fully fund this trip. My finances have been in a state of flux as I end an era characterized by negative and limiting beliefs around my worth, value, support and abundance. Can you relate?

I am still in need of financial support to cover the costs associated with my trip and more. The following would help me greatly:

Saying yes to traveling at this time was a revolutionary act, a profound ritual, a self-initiation, a leap of trust, and a multi-dimensional investment in myself as I continue surrendering to the currency and flow of my life. Some time ago I stopped calling my trips “vacations”—I am not vacating anything. I move throughout the Earth piecing myself together…making peace with, actualizing, and integrating the full spectrum of my being. Every step is a necessary crossroad and experiment. I am dancing with and studying life. My findings, whatever they may be, get incorporated into the healing and creative work I do for myself and the collective.

I returned to the states on June 24; and let me tell you…the turbulence I have experienced/witnessed through and since then…woo! Between the considerably bumpy plane rides, the heat (in both in temperature and personalities) during a layover in New York’s JFK Airport, and the challenges and changes I have been made aware of and bracing myself for within my communities at home, it’s been a lot.

The full impact of my international expedition will be revealed over time. However, what has become evident thus far is that a great deal has been grounded, illuminated and reaffirmed around my ideas and desires for my healing and spiritual work, business partnerships and collaborations, interpersonal relationships, and overall quality of life. Simultaneously, I feel as though things are being flipped upside down, with me wondering what the heck I’m doing at times.

While I had preferred and anticipated a smoother and more easeful reintegration home, I am reminding myself to consider and be grateful for everything that shows up because it is all useful information. Times of transition—in whatever ways they present themselves—are beautiful opportunities to [get] clear and level up. I get to smoothen the wrinkles that have revealed themselves in my emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual fabrics. I get to rebalance whatever is needed within the beautiful tapestry of my life. I get to unwind threads that have been co-fused for whatever reason and for however long. I get to show up in the full magnificence of my being.
